Led UX initiative to create phase 1 new design language system for mybobs.com that is more modernized, immersive and driving towards future-state site redesign in 2022. Efforts began with creating net new member account experience including account dashboard, profile to manage account details/addresses/login & social sign on, order history & order details, digital wallet to manage saved MOPs during checkout, omnichannel quotes, wishlists that can be shared, tickets for product issues and preferences to manage communications and personalized shopping.
